Darcy should not work in hospitality as she has zero customer service skills. Don’t worry, we were greeted by Darcy, she was a gem.NOT. I stated I was there to check into the hotel and received the response, “yeah I have no one here, you’re going to have to come to me.” Ok, great.where are you exactly? Oh, ya know, just across the corridor, past the yellow brick road and across the casino floor with ALL your luggage and broken escalators that you can’t go down. I called the number THREE times before someone finally picked up. Don’t worry, there was a sign saying dial 7580 (or something to that extent) on the desk, but what was I dialing with? There was no phone.finally someone came around the corner and said there was suppose to be a phone on the counter and grabbed it from behind the desk. No one around, not a SINGLE person in sight. Umm.does anyone even work at this place? We started off our vacation being greeted by an empty desk.
